Hi Dr and my friends,

I’m so glad that I can actually learn a lot from the article provided by Dr because I have never study about CMC in detail even though I have read some articles that mention CMC before. Also, besides my own understanding of the CMC topics, I have actually listened to different perspectives of other classmates regarding similar topics. Some of my friends are actually really good at presenting and expressing ideas. So, it is not only for me to look at the CMC from various perspectives but also learned about how they organized the points and came out the videos. Lastly, I also highly appreciate that I could share my point of view regarding some particular subtopics of CMC with my own understanding. Thank you. 

Reflection 2: Critical Paper Review

 

Hi Dr and my friends,

 

First of all, I'm so thankful to group with my coursemates for completing the article review of both CMC related articles. The group discussion with them was insightful and enjoyable.  All of us are able to point out the differences and similarities of both selected articles. Definitely, It was so great to have this opportunity to exchange our mind in this discussion.

 

Besides of my thoughts regarding the articles, my groupmates did provided further insights about the same issues, which has given me the inspiration to analyse the articles in another point of view. Therefore, I'm really appreciate all the outcome of our discussion and it was a fruitful session.

 

Also, regarding the articles I have read, I think both articles are actually different in the scope of their study. One of the articles focus on the motivation of using Facebook in Mauritius context while the another article is more likely to explore the self-disclosure in developing online relationships.

 

Lastly, thank you Dr for giving me this opportunity to have this wonderful discussion with my coursemates, and I have gain insights from that.

Reflection 3: E-Portfolio

 

Hi Dr and my friends! I hope everyone is doing good!

 

First of all, I would like to thank you Dr for the opportunity for us to conduct this assignment, it was really interesting and I had so much fun while doing this assignment.

 

Before developing the e-portfolio, I have created a plan regarding the website that I will develop on Wix.com. Dr has provided us with a lot of guidance by giving the sample and template of the e-portfolio, it means a lot to me indeed! I have explored Wix.com followed the YouTube videos posted by Dr in order to write my proposal for the e-portfolio. I have separated the sections based on the navigators that I will set in my website, also, further elaborated the details of each section. When I started to develop the e-portfolio, it was quite easy to use and the interface is clear for those who attempt to develop a website for the first time. Basically, I have chosen an aesthetic template for editing my e-portfolio based on the proposal I have submitted earlier.

 

Even though this is not my first time developing a website, but it was still considered challenging to me as I have never created an e-portfolio before. Therefore, thank you again to Dr who has assigned this interesting task for us to create our own websites with creativity. I really enjoyed doing this e-portfolio.
